Bone & Muscle problems

I've been suffering from Rheumatiod arthirities and now I'm facing pain on my chest and back..as well as my left shoulder.. I've not taken any medication ideas or met with any doctor ..I feel uncomfortable in walking and suffers lot of pain in my both knees..Now what to do what not to . advice please.

Disc desiccation at L4,5 level,with minimal disc bulge, minimally indenting thecal sac and slightly encroaching left neural foramina.

My 4 years son whenever he moves his neck up and down there is a loud clicking sound. He sleeps on his mothers hand always and uses mobile phone too much also. Is it anything to be worried about. Is there any homeopathy or ayurvedic therapy for it.

Hi, Few months back due to shock my shoulder got disclocated and became normal after few seconds. But now from past month, i am facing issues with shoulder pain, frequent rotating problem, dislocating and becoming normally instantly. Let me know what should be done

Sir/Madam, My fiance has been suffering from knee pain since last three months. It all started with treadmill running and excessive gym activities. X-ray normal, MRI suggest grade II meniscus tear with mild effusion, however orthopedist suggest that there are no structural changes seen. Uric acid - normal, RA factor - ve, HLA B 27 and CCP -ve. Pain is persistent since 3 months with only 5-10% recovery. Anti inflamatory medicines, D3, Rosiflex, Regenex Max had been prescribed. Doctors suggest it ll take time to subside. Is it normal? What else could be done because offlate he is feeling very low as the recovery is slow. Kindly suggest..

One day I was walking and somehow landed oblique on the road, since then my ankle pains at certain angle. This happened around 4 months ago and recently my second finger in tight hand started paining around 2 weeks ago and I tried usual pain tubes but the pain is still there. What to do?
