Bone & Muscle problems

My mother age is 45 years. She is suffering with low back pain from many years in lumbar region. From many years she used to take rest and takes hot patch at pain area. If she do work, if she bent down she experiencing High pain in lumbar region. At present she consulted doctor he said that their is a bone week in L4 Junction. He prescribed medicines and he advised not to bent down for 15 days. She used the medicines the pain was reduced to 50% but again the pain was repeating even she is not doing any work. What is the parmanent solution for this problem?? Any operation is needed or orthopedic doctor is enough or we need to consult the spine doctor for this problem?? Please tell me the solution for this problem?? Their is no pain in legs, knees, foot.

I have continuous pricking kind of feeling and pain at only one point on the lower back . Right side near spine

Every morning i got stiffness in my back ( just below the chest area but in backside in left side of the back). It's painfull sometimes. I do excercise every day.

Sir it is necessary to take x-ray dorsal spine lateral and AP view both. Can I just take a AP view just for my confirmation if there will be a scoliosis I will consult a doctor

Last 25 days I have pain under the knee due to strain during walking I had physiotherapy treatment but now continuously pain during walking and standing time kindly give suggestions to relieve the from pain.

Since last 2-3 months I got pain in my both hands wrist to elbows. I can feel pain in my bone. Sometimes it last for 5-6 days and sometimes for just 2-3 hours and pain is not the continue one.
