Leg pain after walking for 1hour
Hello Dr,
I am 31yrs old and a software engineer. Since 3 months if i do continues walking for an hour or run for 1km or stand for long time i am getting pain in my legs above ankle (shin region front side).
Pls suggest what to do to get rid of this.
