Hey , I am Awneesh Singh 26 years old, several times when I wake up at morning, feeling a mild pain at ankle joint for 10-15 min, after that it became normal. I dont know the reason why , please suggest. Thanks Awneesh Singh

I have done right leg foot fusion surgery 3yrs back due to its was getting twisted for past one year or so the toe gets folded while walking and it pains feel like falling also kind advice the remedies

Sir before I had vitamin d3 deficiency 6ng after taking supplements of lumia 60k 8 weeks my vitamin d3 level became 88ng but now without taking maintenance dose my vitamin d3 level became 40ng after two months.What should I do? Why my d3 level dropping?

Dear Doctor, I have started morning walk since 15 days, Since i have gained weight and increase in my tummy size. In though of reducing weight in early course of time i started walking 10 km in a day . Now from past 2 days i feel slight pain while walking or standing on my left foot. I have had mild neck pain since 3 days. Hasn't reduced. The pain is on the back side of the neck. So I am confused whether it is a small issue or not.

Thank you to the doctors for their previous replies. The pain is in left hip and is extending to the calf. There is no problem in standing, walking and doing regular chores. Pain only occurs while sitting and while laying down.

Hi Doctor Actually my mother meet an accident 2 months before ... And her right shoulder get dislocate that time...  we'll treatment is done and now her shoulder is in place where it was before after location done by doctors in Bangalore. Now she is  also able move her shoulder too... But she's not getting releif from pain inside some times it's uncontrollable... please suggest also she's in isolation because one of our family got covid positive. Pl suggest.

Hello dr. Good evening, my front ride, side 2 -3 ribs are paining from a month, and i can not  lay on right side while sleeping and i am afraid to x ray as it's not safe go outside and take a test can you please advice a reason of pain.
