Hi kindly see below report for my wife of Radiograph of Cervical spine: AP and Lateral views conclusion -  Mild reduction in intervertebral disc space noted at C7-D1 vertebral level and soft tissue calcification noted in the nape of neck at the level of C5-C6. Kindly suggest any treatment or physiotherapty?

Hi doctor, I am feeling uneasiness in my right leg everyday. If I walk for some distance I get pain in my calf muscle and sometime pain near ankle. I sometime feel numbness between leg fingers that comes and goes. Everything gets normal with rest but this is creating issue in my daily activity. I don't know whether I should visit orthopedic or neurologist for my issue. What's your first thought on this. My age is 30. Kindly suggest the treatment plan for me. Fyi- My b12 level was 200 and I have taken 10 doses of vitrofol.

I m having severe pain in my foot...I feel sensetion above the bones of foot i e. Back side of heel...feels stretched muscles ...x ray taken but nothing came in report...it becomes very difficult to stand after once sitting or sleeping...

Suffering heavy right back side pain after lifting heavy weight. What should I do? What medicine can I take? What is the way for permanent cure?

I am Facing buzzing or Vibrating type sensation like Motor vehicle in left foot or Some time in waist.Specialy in Left foot.I have done ecg but report is ok.My diabeties Hemoglobin all is ok.My Hystercomy surgery was done in March 2020.But after 3 month I face this issue.Why this is occured?is this side effect?I have no major injury in foot.Some time I slipped in road or any place but after 1 2 days It is ok.

Hello, My mom is 58yrs and is having osteoporosis. Since few days she is having increase in knee pain and also her temp is always above 99. (For eg. On 1st june it was 100.4, 5th june was 99.2, and 7th june it is 99.4) Fyi- she had covishield vaccine on 29th may. Before vaccine also, her temp use to raise upto 99.7 when she had pain, but that was twice or thrice a month or whenever she exerted a lot. Her recent report as attached.

Generally it don't pain directly but pain when pressed. There is swelling observed and rash like blackish mark. It is persisting since month. I don't remember about any injury. Please suggest some treatment.

7 days back, my left feet got stuck with cloth & I fell on ground. Next two days witnessed swelling/pain. Took zerodol sp for 5 days. Swelling n pain reduced, am now able to walk without any support. However swelling n pain not fully gone.

My Vitamin D3 is 16.5 ng/ml Just wanna know (how many Architol 6L injection required to cover full diffecinecy) no medicine required. Thanks In advance

2years ago My friend fall down while playing and twisted his leg. Knee swelled up. Once he gone through MRI of knee, the report came as blown out appearance with diffuse PDFS hyperintensity of midsubnstance of anterior cruciate ligament with discontinuty of fibres -s/o High grade partial tear. Mild joint effusion noted. This is the report of MRI which was done 2.5 years ago and now he do not have any pain or other symptoms only little instability of knee. Could you please let me know should he undergo ACL reconstruction surgery and how long can he wait as already 2.5 years completed. Thanks in advance.
