Exercise with plaster
Is it possiable to fold hand near to shoulder with plaster in hand (only hard from back and cover by cotton bandage from front )by doing exercise. How much time it need to remove plaster after surgery

Depends on the type of injury and the type of plaster( Above elbow or below elbow) you have. Best will be to have a follow up with your orthopaedic surgeon whom you consulted previously.

Definitely if you can do , you do. Depending on the type of surgery and fixation, in orthopaedics start movement as early as possible. If patient can tolerate pain movement can be started . Type of plaster you have is splint, splint is given post-operatively for support only .
