I am 37 years old female. From the past 3 months, after having period my weight is increasing and spotting remains for the whole month. This is happening from 4 months. Thyroid level is 4.23. Within these 2 years I gained more than 20 kgs. I am on regular diet, doing exercises, etc. But of no result. Please advise me.
