Ayurveda had got effective  treatment for insomnia but the treatment involves not just some internal medications but the following too 1.avoiding the cause for insomnia after finding it out 2. Alterations in the daily diet 3. Alterations in daily regiments Following these things only internal medications and external ayurvedic treatment  are advised When internal medicine starts there wil be some dos and donts in diet and regiments called as "pathya apathyas" following that is also important All these factors collectively only give effective results. And if all these things are done properly and patients body is giving good responds the patient can get results not just as the zolcam combination but better than that.
