I am looking for some permanent solution for my hair loss and irregular period. Please help me out. Because of irregular period I have put on weight. I feel very drizzy. Lazy always.

Hi I have a quesstion, and yea I'm 21 & female and I have lost most of my hair and my hair still fallingout.. I'm suffering for the past 5yrs... My scalp(especially on my bald area) is always warm or hot when I touch it and my scalp is quick to sweat also. my baby hair is growing so thin and it fallsout but its been on my mind and really makes me wonder that, is my hair is not growing thick because of the hot/warm scalp?

I was gettin acne and took consulation from a ayurvedic doctor who prescribed me 1 month course of medicines. I have completed the course now. My acne is under control. My question is can I drink safi as it really helps control my acne. Is safi safe?
