Constantly losing my hair
Hi I have a quesstion, and yea I'm 21 & female and I have lost most of my hair and my hair still fallingout.. I'm suffering for the past 5yrs... My scalp(especially on my bald area) is always warm or hot when I touch it and my scalp is quick to sweat also. my baby hair is growing so thin and it fallsout but its been on my mind and really makes me wonder that, is my hair is not growing thick because of the hot/warm scalp?

As there is less jungles in heat rajasthan like that hot warm head causing you problems like hair fall due to increased pitta heat in head region Avoid overeating curd spicy salty diet udada dal green chilies garam masala etc in diet Eat prawal yukta gulkand daily twice in a day apply coconut oil on hairs and hair roots For more details consult online
