I get headache sometimes when i get up in the morning and it stays whole day, sometimes due to long hours of fasting , sometimes due to heat and it stays for whole night then.am i allergic to anything coz the headache is unbearable and i feel puky and dont want to talk or eat anything.

I am underweight weight... And no very good muscle so please give me a perfect diet to gain more weight

Last month I diagonised with gallstone usg report shows 14mm mobile calculus after taking one month of home medicine once again I taken usg it shows 9mm and 7mm stone so home Dr ask to continue tablet for next 2 months I want to know is this is in good progress? And also can I take ayurvedic medicine also one of my friend told ayurvedic medicine will also cure this so please help me here.? Can I take both ayurvedic and home medicines for more effective cure.? In allopathy they said only surgery is solution.? I'm not comfortable for surgery pls suggest this also.
