I am studying in a hostel and so a main source of nutrition is milk. But whenever i consume milk i get bloated feeling and feel congestion in head .I tried using trikatu churna in milk but then it just makes my stomach feel bad and i feel heated up and get loose motion . I want to make milk a part of my daily diet but my body doesn't seem to accept it that well.Please advise on what i can do to make milk a part of my daily regimen.
