I am trying jal neti ..but every time water come out through same nostril..and when i try to correct it i have a big pain near temple area and my head becomes so heavy..what should i do...will i be not able to do it due to deviated septum

Respected Doctor's I wanna know can I use normal moisturizing lotion like "cetaphil" on scrotum for itching and dryness.i asked this coz many are saying using moisturizing lotion on scrotum makes it enter the bloodstream because of soft skin in the scrotum.please please please give me some tips to over come this scrotum itching.i am sure it is not Jock itch coz there is no itching in the groin area.Awaiting replies🙏🙏 Whether I can use moisturizing lotion in scrotum there are some small wounds will it enter bloodstream??
