I can't go outside of house at day time. Because of eatching in skin. Safi is good or bad for this.

I suffering from Hyper gas problem piles problems..some time gas creates pain in chest, some time in head.. There is no proper appetite .. No proper sleep.. Alopathic medicine harm me.. All these problems are since long back...please provide the solutions

I am suffering from heavy hairfall due to fungal infection which is not leaving my scalp when I consult doctor it reduces for sometimes but again occures heavily and the new hair is not growing and my scalp is visible now plz suggest something..

I'm male, 29 years and married. From College days, hair fall problem started and it was minimum per day around 10-15 hairs. Now a days it start to increase around 50 hairs a day. Is there any way to stop the hair fall?

I have very dry , sensitive and rough skin. In winter specifically scales appear on my skin ( kind of like itchiolis vulgaris) , and in other months it disappears, although it stays on my breasts and thigh. I need immediate help. It seem the allopathic medicine had several side effects on me, and homeopathy works very late, so I tend to rely on ayurvedic if there is any remedy.
