I am suffering acute hypertension since 1995. and i am using Tablet REPACE A/F daily continusly 10m years.

Does applying egg white with honey lemon and yoghurt helps in reducing and lightening skin. I want to test this mask for next few week. My skin is hard and working and i door most of the time. I work out and sweat a lot. Any alternative welcomed

My blood pressure is 130/100 Some time 140/110 Didn't taking any medicine . 3 month before my blood pressure was 120/90
