I am studying in a hostel and so a main source of nutrition is milk.
But whenever i consume milk i get bloated feeling and feel congestion in head .I tried using trikatu churna in milk but then it just makes my stomach feel bad and i feel heated up and get loose motion . I want to make milk a part of my daily diet but my body doesn't seem to accept it that well.Please advise on what i can do to make milk a part of my daily regimen.

Hi,
You can have warm milk with dry ginger and turmeric powder instead of trikatu churna. It will be more suitable for your health. But have it on empty stomach or at least 2 hours gap between food and milk.
