I am 28 yrs old.3 months back j got sudden pain in my right knee...and then it vanished after 4 days..again after 1 month..the pain reoccured...and even my knee started locking..i got the mri done..it shows oblique tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus...doctor told me to undergo surgery..but I am not keen on that.

I've been having vitligo from 3 to 4ys in gradually motion only spreaded on my lower back and my breast in a form of small spot .in between it has been cured some little marks like leg.. now im taking alleopathy tratment bt not showing any improvement on effeted area. plz suggest me

Respected Doctor's I am having scrotum itching for last couple of years tried everything from clobetasole steroid creams to tacrolimus ointment.But nothing worked.Currently the scrotum itching is unbearable.There are raised white patches in the scrotum sac.Also tried homeopathic mother tinctures,coconut oil but didn't worked for me.please please reply I'm in real agony.is there a permanent cure for scrotum itching in Ayurveda.Applying anything greasy like oil or liquid Paraffin increases the itching in the scrotum.Also I wanna know what's the name for scrotum itching in ayurvedic treatments.please reply🙏🙏 Awaiting your invaluable replies.

I want to take triphala tab bt i don't know how to take it ..i was taking triphala tab at night after dinner ..due to this i am not able to sleep proper at night because of triphala n i hv himalaya triphala 250 mg i can't take triphala churna because of its test ..so plz advice me when i take triphala tab to avoid my sleep patterns??can i take it at morning empty stomach??
