Suffering from insomnia
I am sleepless since last 6 days. I couldn't sleep properly specially from 10 pm to 4 am. I could sleep only from 4 am to 7 pm. I am suffering from this problem since last six months. Due to insomnia my eyes have little reddishness. I want to sleep with full enjoy but I can sleep only from 4 am to 7 am. Please solve my problem of insomnia.

Why sattu should not consume with milk

But everyone say sattu should drink in plain water.
