I am facing extreme hairfall and dandruff.i have curly rough hair.is there any remedy by which I can have a smooth, strong,shiny ,manageable hair?

Hi, My Friend introduced me sattu, i found it very energetic, next day i made milkshake with sattu nd jagery powder which was very tasty too. But everyone say sattu should drink in plain water. I want to know why we can't add this in milk.

Dear All, Greetings of the day. I'm absolutely healthy, No BP Or Sugar(checked up) But from past 20 to 25 days, I have this problem of numbness in Hands and legs while sleeping, holding hands in upwards rarely even standing. I'm a Non  Smoker and Non  Alcoholic. I'm a pure Vegetarian. Please suggest me some Ayurvedic remedies or medicine for this issue. Thanks and Regards C J Karthik
