Sir I am suffering from low back pain I had taken lots of pain killer tablets but effect is for a particular period please suggest medicine which is not painkiller but effective I am also problems in moving down please suggest medicine right now I am taking ksheerbala101 capsule and rasanasaptak kwath please suggests
