Did ashokarishta help to regulate the periods if it can how many day i have to take this tonic please tell me

Dear All, Greetings of the day. I'm absolutely healthy, No BP Or Sugar(checked up) But from past 20 to 25 days, I have this problem of numbness in Hands and legs while sleeping, holding hands in upwards rarely even standing. I'm a Non  Smoker and Non  Alcoholic. I'm a pure Vegetarian. Please suggest me some Ayurvedic remedies or medicine for this issue. Thanks and Regards C J Karthik
