Hi Ayurvedic doctors..my question is different..i have some hearing loss without any tinnitus..after counslating Ayurvedic Doctor he gave me 2 capsules and ksheerabala oil for nerve strengthening.....after using for 5days i think some improvement is there but tinnitus is coming in left ear but not in right ear.....before using tablets i don't have tinnitus...i don't know whether to continue them for improvement or stop bcoz of tinnitus...is it positive sign or negative sign...
