My sister has found a TB MDR case recently Is there any ayurvedic medicine available or plz suggest for best treatment

My wrist and backbone most of the time paining as i have workout in 4 5 days in a week. Is this a side effect of gyming.

After coming in contact with water or moisture,the body itches without any marks on the skin.no rashes or redness,it just itches from within...it's severe in rainy season. I researched something about it And found the matching symptoms to be of aquagenic pruritus. Is there any remedy? I am seeking ayurvedic remedy because according to ncbi there is no pathogenesis of this disease.

I have taken medicine for 4 month from aimil health care Dehli.
