When is the best time to consume shatavari, brahmi and ashwagandha? Are they taken on empty stomach?

I am having lot of pimples on my face and 2 to 3 comedones on my cheek. It looks like a pimple and a black dot like thing inside it. Please suggest what should I do?

After coming in contact with water or moisture,the body itches without any marks on the skin.no rashes or redness,it just itches from within...it's severe in rainy season. I researched something about it And found the matching symptoms to be of aquagenic pruritus. Is there any remedy? I am seeking ayurvedic remedy because according to ncbi there is no pathogenesis of this disease.

I have taken medicine for 4 month from aimil health care Dehli.
