What are remedies in grade 1 vericocele left side . PL help and write in details . If there any medicine in ayurveda or surgery? Does yoga help?

I want to ask you that im 23 year old . Im 5 ' 7 inches and i have seen ashwgandha help to grow taller So i want to ask you ..can i take shatavri shilajit gokshura with ashwgandha

I'm taking triphala ghrit,amla juice wth alovera juice, Amla rasayan + saptaamrit lauh wth honey... For eye disorders redness dryness etc etc etc etc wth the suggestion of ayurvedic doctor Chawanprash nt taking regularly Actually I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc . My full day include gym cardio workout etc etc to loose my belly fat ND since many years my testerone level is very weak. My muscles r so weak.. So ayruvedic doctor suggested me to include Ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed.. Is it safe to take?? This many Ayurvedic medicines If yes, Then how should I take chyawanprash, triphala ghrit, ND ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna.. On whole day Plz suggest me!!!???

ND recently started taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed for weak muscles ND for gym, cardio etc etc.. I have no pblm wth this medicines Bt My weight is 83kg, full belly fat, confused with diet, I'm pure vegetarian nt even eggs!! Dietician r taking lots of money for weight loss Cn u tell me simple diet tht can I loose belly fat ..don't want protein shakes all.. Plz don't tell consult privately Breakfast? Lunch? Evng? Dinner? Including ayurvedic medicines 👆 My diet plan???

( for eye redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc) These ayurvedic medicines I'm taking since 20days Since many years my Rght hand is so much weak I cnt even lift 5kg dumble also hardly I cn lift.. My body muscles are so much weak An ayurvedic doctor suggested me to take Ashwagandha, sweet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk.. ND this medicine I have taken before I have no pblm wth it.. Bt these many Ayurvedic medicines is it safe to take?? ND when should I take these Ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm?
