How to get rid from this skin iritation open pores are there dark spots regular pimples plz give me some ayurved remedy

Is there any good treatment or permanent cure for thyroid in ayurved? Please tell me know very clearly.

I keep getting recurrent corns. Someday I use corn cap and some day not and it gets better. But now I am tired of it. So my friend told me to take ayurvedic treatment for corns as it will cure it permanently. Is it so? I am 24 years old girl, should I go for ayurvedic treatment now?

Hello Doctor,I have been diagnosed with oligoasthenospermia with mild left side varicocele.I took ayurvedic medicine for last 7-8 months with all panchkarma therapy but nothing has been changed.i spent a lot and finally I stopped. I am using only good sebamed product for my 7 months baby girl still she gets rashes on her face especially. It looks very bad and is very red. What can be safe treatment for rash on face for babies? Will any cream be suitable for my baby? Can I give her something in food for this rash?

Sir my amylase is 174.but before it always between 100 to 130.i have pain in middle abdomen discomfort irritation nd more gas passes.m very aphset.i have taking medicine more than 12 months but no profit.why my amylase suddenly incemreased niddle type pain.is this reversible.before some time i was normal but suddenly.mu lipase level is normal.always discomfort nd pain .i have taken lot of alcohal before doctor says i have esophagus pain.😑😑😑please help sir.m submiiting my report

Hii doctors☺️ could you all please clarify me that drinking 500ml of water before bed is good to continue or not. Since I stopped drinking too much water in the morning as per your advices..i.e, whether drinking water before bed won't cause any appetite issue??
