Hlw i m 23 and unmarried...I am starting exercise to loose little bit of weight..i got little stretch marks on my butt and breast..... what should I do so that i get less stretch marks...are there any exercises for stretch marks too...and what else should I apply on my body so that i dont get much stretch marks?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering with lower back pain since 1year ,recently I consulted Ayurvedic doctor ,he prescribed kashayas and tablets for one month but today completed one month but pain is there. Again today I consulted doctor he prescribed Gulguluthikthakam Ghrutham (Ghee) for 10 days, But I doubt how it helps for back pain please tell me.

Hi, I have been advised mahamanjishtadi kwath by an ayurvedic practitioner for back whitehead like pimples and rashes. As soon as i take it, the next day i have a lot of stomach ache that hampers my movements. I believe it is trapped gas on lower left side of my abdomen. Two or three days after i stop it, i start to feel better. Is there something else that i can take? I suffer from vata and pitta grahani and disorder.
