Hi I am 47 year old female, I was complaining of body ache since 20 days. After my blood tests it is seen I have Vitamin D deficiency. I don’t want to take injections and instead want to opt for a natural way. Does Ayurveda have any medicines which can be taken as supplements for Vitamin D

I've been addicted to Mephentermine Sulphate Injections from the past 2 months. I've been taking 10ml/day and last week I decided to stop it. And for 4 consecutive days I didn't take any dose. But after the 4th day, I went mad and I needed it despirately, so injection 10 ml that day. In the 4 consecutive days I didn't have any dose, my body felt very weak and I was sleeping a lot. Hi I am 20 yr old female. I have irregular menses since 3 months. My doctor has told me I have poly cystic ovarian disease. She has advice me to take hormonal therapy but I don’t want to start. Is there any permanent treatment in Ayurveda for the ovarian cyst?
