iam eating barley kheer daily for weight gain.
So...
here my question... answer me
iam adding dry grapes(raisins) and dry dates in barley kheer.
__Lastly iam adding them directly in kheer without frying and without soaking.
is it ok sir...?
is there any digestive problem...?
