I have dry itchy dandruff on my scalp and severe pus filled acne on my skin how I showed to doctor they told it's dandruff and they gave gulugulu thikthagritam and atrisol tab and atrisol cream and I have redness on cheeks and poor digestion can I take them

Sir,I just want to know whether it is good for a patient to take Ayurveda medicine to treat one disease n allopathic medicine to treat another disease? Will it hv any side effects if both Ayurveda n allopathic medicines r continued at d same time to treat two different diseases of d same patient? Pls answer..For example, allopathic medicine for treating depression n Ayurveda for treating thyroid problem of d same person...
