Yes. Ayurveda can help you in this. Start Rasnasapthaka kashaya 15 ml with 60 ml hot water at 6 am and 6 pm empty stomach. Take Cap GT cap 2 with Kashaya. Take Tab Sallaki MR 1 thrice a day. Do massage to both knees with Murivenna oil.
