After ulcer medication last 1year suffering right lower stomach burning...continuing kamdudha rasa ,chandansav ras and bhunimbadi kadha for 20 days...in bhunimbadi kadha m feeling better before ...is it safe to take more days...how many days lobg i can take bhunimbadi kadha?

Dear sir/mam Muje irregular period ki problem h bahut salo se...pahle mere period time par ni aate the means 2-3 months me aate the or 20-25 day bleeding hoti thi but after treatment of homeopathic mere period to jaldi aate h but bleeding ab bi 25-1 month tak hoti ...pls suggest me any ayurvedic treatment...jo m medicine ke sath sath ghar par kar saku...or mere period time par aaye or bleeding time par stop bi ho jaye...pls help me...

Hi, I face lot of fatigue, anxiety and stress on a daily basis. This sometime affects my wellness life. I have hypertension and on Ayurvedic medication (Cardocalm). I want to know if i can take Himalaya Ashwagandha & Gokshura in morning and evening along with Cardocalm and would it cause any negative impact? I want to take Ashwagandha and Gokshura so that stress & anxiety level can come down and i be active & more concentrated. I really want to go on this medication but want to be sure before taking it if does not have any negative impact along with the blood pressure medication. Thanks, Vicky
