Hi,
I face lot of fatigue, anxiety and stress on a daily basis. This sometime affects my wellness life. I have hypertension and on Ayurvedic medication (Cardocalm). I want to know if i can take Himalaya Ashwagandha & Gokshura in morning and evening along with Cardocalm and would it cause any negative impact? I want to take Ashwagandha and Gokshura so that stress & anxiety level can come down and i be active & more concentrated.
I really want to go on this medication but want to be sure before taking it if does not have any negative impact along with the blood pressure medication.
Thanks,
Vicky
