Can take Ashwagandha
My wife normally has BP in lower side like 90/60. Can she take Ashwagandha for stress and anxiety? Also mentat?

She should consult first dear...coz is not any disease ,it's a symptom only with her anxiety and stress,we need to find the main issue with her ....don't take any med blindly Know proper diagnosis according to Ayurveda and knowledge the hidden pathology behind it

Low BP may be because of anxiety and stress in this patient or also due to other underlying factors, need to do some test for that. Patient needs counseling along with other stress reliving medicine. Ashwagandha alone will not help much in this conditions. There are many others medicines available for stress and anxiety. Proper consultation will help.

Ashwagandha is good for stress and anxiety issues but reduce BP levels and not recommended for prolong use

Yashtimadhu along with Ashwagandha will help. The low bp could be due to autoimmunity.  For that follow HAIP DIET.

Hello.. Yes! Ashwagandha is good for stress and anxiety and enhance sleep quality . If anyone has low b. p. issue then I would not recommend it because it may lowers blood pressure so should not take in low b.p. Mentat is good for stress and anxiety but it also contains ashwagandha so do not take in low b.p. Issues.
