Yes! Ashwagandha is good for stress and anxiety and enhance sleep quality . If anyone has low b. p. issue then I would not recommend it because it may lowers blood pressure so should not take in low b.p.
Mentat is good for stress and anxiety but it also contains ashwagandha so do not take in low b.p. Issues.
