Actually i am using homepathy since many years not curing. Frequently cold and cough due to dust and seasonal changes like air wind rain. I will totally avoid cold items. I will prefer hot items. I will not eat outside food. I will follow strict diet like oatmeals. I avoid salt sugar chilli powder and totally cut fruits will cause sugar. Which food will cause disease.

I m 33 yr male, started taking Patanjali Ashwagandha capsule twice a day, I don't have any health issue but just for better health I started, is it okay to take this medicine, Is there any side effects?

I am having external Hemorrhoid.i have also tried the home remedies like lemmon with milk. i also use anovate cream and hot sitz bath .but nathing is working.i am not having any kind of pain though and bleeding as well .please suggest me what can i do next??

I'm a flat chested female., my bust is not growing at all n i'm 18. I've been using shatavari for 1 month now 2 times a day n its also not helping. My question is can i take fenugreek powder(methi) along with shatavari regular for the same issue. Pls help. Thanku

I have pain in groin area and right side testical .I went allopathy .I tested it's  shows 4 mm stone in both the kidney .and right side grade 1 varicocele. Varicocele can treat by ayurvedic ? Which kind of ayurvedic doctor should I meet ?.

My age is 18 n weight is 45 n height is 174cm. My bust is not developing at all n its flat so i've started taking shatavari for growth after watching ramdec baba's video on breast enlargement. So i wanna ask that for how much duration it has to be taken n what would be the after results of it. I heard that shatavari powder could be used for lifetime. Pls help. I always suffer from cough,irritation in the throat,pain in the throat and enlarged tonsils whenever i drink something cold.After taking antibiotics they remain normal for some days and again if i drink cold then i get infected with green coughs and pain and irritation Can ayurveda permanently treat my tonsils and make be able to drink cold again?

Dear doctor...Nice day.i am having cervical spondylosis since 4 months. suffering with some pain in neck portion and near chest. feeling uneasy in chest some times. Already practicing yoga and physiotherpy. is there any special attention to be taken for heart? is there any probable complication?. also advice can it be cured permanently in ayurveda? plz advice with foods and lifestyle restriction. External application substance for dark circles n uneven skin tone. Pls suggest something beneficial n useful for the problem that completely cures it. Thanku
