I have been facing this issues from child hood which means 25 years. No hungry, slow digestion, always bloated stomach too much gas, sticky stools I have to go to toliet more than 3 times morning itself. Bowl incompleteness. WHT shall i do will panchakarma cure my issues or should I take medicine to strengthen my digestive system.???

Hi, I do work out everyday, and also i have around 370ng/dl testosteronelevel. I had slow urination problem before. I have anxiety, dust allergy, Constipation and hypothyroidism for a long time. I am taking medicine for anxiety by a psychiatrist and am using kayam tablet for constipation and kachnara guggal. Full body working with medicines only. Still not very productive in any work. Please guide.

I have consulted here Ayurveda doctor after they checked my both hand pulse they said i have high pitta and vatta. My symptoms are after every time I eat my stomach get bloated.
