Dear if you have diagnosed pcod you need a good consultation and a combination of medicine thoroughly continued till three to six months
As the cyst is a coating and get removed slowly and symptoms of relief can be assessed only once in a month we will have to continue for long and monitor in between
If you could have uploaded the scan report I could have given more specific reason

Only kanchanar gugglu is not sufficient for treatment of PCOD. We have to take care of other factors also.
