My age is 23 now. But I have very small breast like males. Please suggest me some medicine to increase my breast.

I have a grade 1 varicocele. Does gokshura & ashwagandha affect negatively to the varicocele condition? Can i take these tablets for good sleep, muscle strength & stress management ? If yes. Then how many days should i use this. ( I have a 60 tablet of Himalaya co. )

Hi, I am 3 weeks postpartum with my 2nd baby and have been struggling with sleep issues for many years. I find it hard to fall asleep now because of constant thoughts. Even if my toddler and newborn baby sleeps, I am not able to sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted. I want to be able to sleep peacefully so I can take better care of both my kids. Before my pregnancy, I was taking brahmi capsules and other medicines prescribed by an Ayurveda doctor, but I stopped them during pregnancy. I would like to know if it is safe to take brahmi capsules now to help with my sleep and overall well-being. And what will be the dosage?

Hi, I am suffering from severe right leg thigh pain due to multiple  disc bulge and narrow canal between L2-L3,L3-L4,L4-L5. Due to this my right is hurting a lot near thigh region and i am unable to walk. I underwent treatment with neuro surgeon. Doctor did an MRI of lower back and told please undergo medication and physio therapy . If still problem persists, then we will plan for surgery(Laminectomy & stabilisation  ). As I am dwarf, disc bulge might have present from birth. But after taking 3 weeks of physio therapy and medication. Pain hasn't reduced. Is there a way to relief from this without any surgery . Loss of urine control during ejaculation causing urine leak in semen, also less semen. What could be the reasons and is there a solution? Does this mean infertility?
