Hello Man firstly pls mention what u have purchase like cordycep dried roots or granules or powder.pls mention that and try to take 5gms (1 tbsp a day).
Could i know the reason why do u want to use this. It is a fungi and may have sometimes serious allergies in humans so pls use it with caution in starting and if some legal practictioner has asked u to use then its okay otherwise do not consume anything just by searching on web.
