My baby is 6month old, I have brought dhootapapeshwar maha swarna yog tablet, I don't want to give it with honey and ghee, can I give it with breastmilk? Also, one tablet a month is sufficient or should be given daily.

I m suffering from heavy bleeding what can I do .having large clots but no pain or discmfort,please help me,allopathy is not working

I am suffering from urine infection since last 1 year. I have pain in my kidneys. I have lost a lot of weight. I consulted many doctors, took antibiotics which are culture sensitive, even after taking those antibiotics it did not get cured. I got relief only for 2 or 3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. I also consulted an ayurvedic doctor, banshil tablet, gokhshuradi gugglu, chandraprabha vati, punarnavasav shothari mandoor, Trinamool kwath, cystone forte tablet, sukshma triphala. I have taken all these medicines but even with these only. I got relief for 2-3 days, then there is no effect of the medicines. Now I have got an ultrasound done, in which a 3mm stone was found in the right lower pole of the kidney, everything else is normal. Please help me.

I have IBS problem due to stress . Due to i have chronic fatigue. I was prescribed Ashwagandharista but 20% relief. Ashwagandha churn caused gases but stresscom tablet 50% relief.  Can i take stresscom and Ashwagandharista both. Are both work different.Can you prescribed other tablet for stress and fatigue.

Hello I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis and it's mainly on left side but sometimes also in right side I have tried different homeopath doctors but nothing works now some ayurvedic recommendation I got about ashwagandha naushadar and arjun ki chhal should I try it or not or any other similar thing I should try

My brother is having chronic dizziness problem since 5 yrs. All blood reports and mri brain scans are normal. Ear examination and cervical spine is also normal. Neurologist said it's neurological weakness of nerves and brain neurons called chronic positional dizziness/pppd. Symptoms:- - nonspining dizziness - feel like floating in boat - feel like in moving train - feel heavy head , feel drunk - symptoms are there while standing, walking , head movement - also while watching TV and seeing moving objects - in crowded place When laying down feel better No addiction at all no alcohol no tobacco. Tried lot of allopathy but no result. Pls advice ayurveda medicine for this.

Diagnosed with fibromyalgia. 1) generalized muscle pain ,muscle fatigue Neck ,back, biceps, calf ,hip ,thigh 2) stiffness in joints 3) feeling tiered all time , fatigue 4) sleep disturbance All blood tests and mri scans are normal so by exclusion fibromyalgia diagnosed. Pls advice medicine for muscle pain and fatigue

Hi I recently underwent Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis scan for UTI issues. In the report it was mentioned as grade 3 fatty liver. Post which I consulted Gastroenterology doctor and liver Fibro Scan was carried out. Attached is the report. Liver Stiffness is 24.3kpa and UAP is 332 db/m. Please  advice if there is significant liver damage and also can I recover from this condition or not. Present weight is 106kgs and treating doctor has advised Bilyspa 4mg every day night. Liver Function Test : Normal Cholesterol levels : Normal HBA1C : 7.3
