Check your iron levels and vitamin B12 levels. You will have to take supplements if these levels are low. Nutritional deficiencies are common in chronic gastritis. Vit B12 deficiency causes nerve damages.
You haven't mentioned if you are diabetic or not. In diabetic cases also such symptoms related to nerves are highly prevalent which is called diabetic neuropathy. First know the cause and then work on it, you will get better.
For burning sensation in stomach you can use this home remedy - add 1-2tsp jeera to 3-4 liters of water, boil and reduce it to half. Add a small piece of sugar candy to it and consume it throughout the day(keep sipping it every half an hour)
Hope this will be helpful. If your symptoms are severe kindly consult an ayurveda doctor for detailed analysis and treatment. Thank you, get well soon!!
