Bleeding in the gums from top jaws, as well bleeding in urine also. She is having vomiting and not able to eat, very tired

Hey there, I got my left side upper and lower wisdom tooth extracted two months ago. After that i had some pain in ear and face so doctor gave me mayospaz and nurobion but after 1 month i again had pain in jaw and ear and i was adviced to take antibiotics. Now again i am having problem in the left side jaw and ear and also the lymph node in the left jaw is swollen. i am attaching a opg report.

I have mouth ulcer from last 2-3 days .. I have severe pain in right side wisdom teeth .. coz of ulcer .. difficult to eat or chewing the food .. any home treatment or what to do .: or it will go away by itself .. I m suffering from the pain .. irritating also

Last 3 months I noticed while brushing my gums are bleeding,even I noticed about my bad breathe. Could you please help me out of this condition.

I have ulcer on my tongue toward my mid molar teeth from last 2 days. It's paining to much. I am applying muccain gel before eating or drinking. Don't see much improvement. How long this will continue?

After RCT n Cap applied on preMolar 2 months ago, cap broke, new cap applied on 6feb2020. after one month, food started jammimg there n mild pain started on chewing. on 19.3.2020 doctor again PERHAPS filled the gap between gum n cap wid silver alloy. 2 days, it was fine but now I CAN'T CHEW, swelling and Pain occurs when i chew and Bleeding. when I woke up after sleeping for some hours, then it appears ok but as soon as I chew even soft food like grapes, problems reoccurs. When I put tongue in the gap between 2 teeth there, a tickling sensation like needle is felt sometimes. overall, I can eat as gums of both side of jaw has pain and swelling whenever I start chewing and beeding also starts. gargling withwarm water with salt and applying teeth astringent presently. Don't need pain killer but permanent cure to this problem so that I can eat anything normally as I used to be. I am in Allahabad and due to Covid19, no. dentist is available. Dr. Rahul Mathur was treating me well.

I am feeling a Continuous Irritation in my lower gum, it is for a month I feel obsessed to touch it with tongue and lip. Relief for sometime when I brush, eat or drink. No bleeding, No smell, No swelling nothing except this irritation and uncomfortable feeling. What Should I do?? WHAT is it?? Plz Help.

Whole jaw is paining till neck and there is some swelling as well. I am not able open my mouth properly and eat
