It is rampant caries. Even lower front teeth are affected. Due to breast feeding at night, sweetened syrups and lack of oral hygiene.
Next Steps
brushing twice a day. it's very important to brush before sleep. it is adviced to give plain water after sugary syrups.
Health Tips
visit nearby dentist for filling and regularly check up every 3months.

Hi , these are early sign of caries , due to bottle / Brest feeding at nights . These are initial caries , may stop if you follow :-
Next Steps
Take extra care of oral hygiene 1)Do not add sugar in milk or milk formula. 2)Avoid sugar or sticky food as much as possible . 3)Brush teeth regularly with soft bristle baby brush . 4)Try to give sip of water after every feed . 5) Keep a clean wet cotton cloth on your side to clean teeth at night after feed .
Health Tips
If you see it’s still increasing visit your nearest pediatric dentist before it get too late . There are some remineralising and caries arresting solutions available with them .

Chalky white and yellow spots are present Could be due to two reasons Either content of  fluorine in water is higher Or simply caries (initial stage)
Next Steps
In any of the cases, you should seek a dentist. Rate of erosion/ decay is higher
Health Tips
with a soft smooth cloth (specs cloth) clean the mouth of the kid, also try brushing teeth No medicine required
