Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have severe ear pain,lower jaw pain with swelling under the ear.Went to ENT,regular doctor to check sinus,ear.They gave me antibiotics for ear,sinus infection.it cleared up But ear pain, jaw pain with swelling still there.It's very severe. It is worse while lying down.I have throbbing pain in the upper and lower jaw.first lower molar hurts while biting.the bite is so hard when I close my mouth.That molars hit first & bite feels so hard when I close my mouth.not sensitive to hot and cold. But hurts while biting.Not while chewing food. Dentist took xray,said he couldn't see any infection in any tooth since I already taken antibiotics for sinus infection.What is the problem. The pain and swelling still there.Sometimes it will be sharp pain in the lower molar and in the jaw(under the ear). What could be the problem. How to proceed further.I am in US. Dentist said it might be crack but he is not sure.Just a guess he said. How to know if crack or any jaw issue?or jaw bone issue? jaw snaps.

I have jaw pain, ear pain with swelling underneath for a month.i went to the Dr, ENT to check ear and sinus infection.went to the dentist and he said I have crack on lower first molar and told me to extract it.i went to Endo for second opinion.the Endodontist said that she don't see any fracture in my tooth. She is not sure why I have the swelling in the jaw. She did cold spray test. That was sore for 5-10 seconds in that tooth. So she said I have to put crown in that tooth for minor crack. She tested bite and said might be a minor crack.i asked why I have throbbing pain while lying down.she said I have to check one more time and did cold  spray again and more. and I felt very sore for 10 to 15 seconds. She said this tooth is very sensitive and I need to do RCT. Is RCT necessary for the sensitive tooth ? Or crown is enough for that minor crack which she is suspecting.whether this will cause swelling in the jaw? I have swelling for one month with pain.is RCT really necessary? or crown?

I have right jaw pain,ear pain with swelling for one month.Went to dentist last week,he said I might crack in one tooth&that might cause pain.he is not sure why I have swelling.no infection in any tooth. Went to Endo today.she did cold spray test.she didn't see any fracture.she did cold spray on all the tooth that side.i feel very sore in that tooth,she said I have more sensitivity in that tooth.and I need crown for that.Then I asked why I am getting throbbing pain at night.Then she tested again. She sprayed cold again on that tooth. It was cold and I was throbbing.I am a person who doesn't eat any cold foods.So it was very throbbing for 3 seconds and sore for 10-20 sec.she did more cold spray by mistake and she apologized.so I felt more throbbing and soreness after. It's been 8hrs after that test,I still feel sore in that tooth area which I haven't before.I had pain in the lower jaw only.It's  very sore and little throbbing in that tooth.Is it harmful?does more cold spray harm nerves?

I am having an Endo appointment today. This Endo doctor doesn't allow/see images from another dentist office. I have cbct scan images from my dentist in the DVD. She said she has to take another CBCT scan in their office. I had CBCT scan last Friday. Can I take another one today? Is it very harmful Radiation of having more than one CT scan in a week?  This might sound silly . But I am anxious about dental treatments. So would like to know if getting more than x-ray and CT scan not harmful to our body? I have severe jaw pain and swelling for a month. My dentist said I might have a crack in a tooth. So he took CBCT scan. Is it harmful to have more CT scans?? Please help. Any thoughts? 

I have ear pain, jaw pain with swelling for more than 4 weeks.I went to doctor and ENT,got antibiotics for sinus and ear infection.Even after 2 weeks,I had the same jaw pain and swelling. So I went to the dentist.He checked x-rays and said I have to remove upper wisdom tooth. He said he couldn't see any infection on any of my tooth since I taken antibiotics already. So he couldn't find the issue. He said I might have crack in lower first molar. X-ray doesn't show up anything. CBCT scan also doesn't show up.He is guessing I might have a crack or fracture and that's the reason for this jaw pain and swelling. I have sharp shooting pain in lower molar sometimes. Mostly it pain inside the ear and under the ear in the lower end jaw.Is it because of crack?Dentist told me to extraction and implant since RCT will not be successful for crack.What should be my next step?Can I try RCT if it's crack?Will Endo do immediate RCT even with pain and swelling?or after it subsides?pls help. I am in USA.

Last three months I show this type of many spot inside cheek and its colour is white and yellowish not itching no burning no bleeding problem I never chewing tobacco only occasionally smoking so please give me some medicine and y this problem create

I had wisdom tooth infection for which I have consulted a dentist. I have completed my 5 days medicine course which included below medicines: Enzoflam 400 Augmentin 650 Dompan The wisdom tooth infection is cured post completing the course. But Since yesterday I am having gum pain on other side of the wisdom tooth. It's little swelled and paining in eating and swallowing. Attched the pictures, please suggest something, I am afraid of going clinic on regular basis in such time. Suggestions are most welcome !

Hole in between two teeth and a hole in one tooth also. It's paining and not able to chew I have taken antibiotic for 5 days. Still have a pain and mild fever 99. Kindly advise

I had wisdom tooth infection gum swelling around the tooth and the whole jaw , throat and hear a week ago. Consulted a dentist and got medicines for 5 days .. followed properly. Medicines included Enzoflam 400 Augmentin 650 Dompan The swelling and pain is healed from yesterday I am gum little gum swelling and rashes on other side of mouth ( no wisdom tooth coming as it's completely grown) . I had salt water gargling .This morning it's causing me issue in eating and swallowing. Can you please suggest something which I can do at home? It cannot be an infection as I just finished the course 1 day back. Suggestions most awaited.

Upper jaw paining. A lot of swelling in gums, feels like wisdom tooth coming. Causing head aches as well
