Tooth and Mouth Problems

Does the teeth marked with red need a rct or filling? I am having discomfort but not able to specify which tooth is causing the problem.

I don't know how but suddenly at the end of my left side mouth it start paining and it feels like there is some blisters around my gum so I want to know that what is the prevention of this infection because it pains a lot and inside my mouth it smells very bad

The teeth marked with red was treated with re rct 1.5 years back. I am having a discomfort on the side of the tooth marked with red.These are my front incisor teeth. Please help. Xrays are attached.

I'm experiencing sensitivity in my teeth since the last 4 months. I had tried thermoseal but it was not effective. Teeth becomes more sensitive generally after I smoke which I've been doing since 6 years. Please suggest me something. I'd like to add that There's no pain or blood after brushing my teeth.
