Gums itching after pulpectomy treatment
He had caries in his upper molars after few days he started having itching in the gums of those molars...on asking his dentist asked to apply gum tone but that's not helping ...what to do.

It's because of the infection periapically or at the root end of the affected teeth due to caries. Please , can you post clinical photograph of the teeth in question or affected teeth & also of the gums so that we can help further.

Hello, There might be slight infection in the gum, therefore there is itching of gums, you need to get scaling done once then use the gum paint for permanent relief.
Next Steps
If you are unable to visit a dentist, do salt water rinsing and you can use chlorhexidine gluconate gel over that particular area of itching, thrice a day, apply after food and leave it for an hour and then wash.
