Male 26 I have teeth grinding issues but no night guard. ( will get in a month or so). I wanted to know from my pictures how bad is the teeth cupping / grinding on a scale of 1-10. 10 being worst.

I have cavity in my wisdom tooth dentist have done permanent filling...but he can not remove cavity completely some decay remains under the filling because he told more drilling can expose the nerve so now my question is the remaining decay portion underneath the filling will cause any problem or not??will it progress ? He done composite blue light filling

How much time is taking from a tooth hole to reaching the pulp? I have no sensitivity till now but tooth hole occur and filling is not possible for impacted tooth (wisdom) i guess..can you tell me how much time to get it reach the the pulp and cause pain...how many months or year can be taken for progression ?what is your idea by seeing this pic?how many months can be taken

Is it better to use braces or remove teeth and place a new one because braces will need time. Also whether only the front teeth can be replaced?

I have tooth cavity..a black hole in my partially erupted wisdom toothand not want to extract it there is no sensitivity and pain...if there is no sensivity should i go to dentist or should i wait sometime for sensitivity and then go to dentist?
