My daughter , 5 years old has developed a bump in her inner lower lip. The bump is not soft.. initially it was painful for her to eat but now it is painless for her but it's been more than a week and it is still there. What is this..

I have gum recession in 2–3 lower teeth, and there’s inflammation that bleeds when brushing. One tooth also feels slightly loose. I’m aware I may need deep cleaning or gum surgery. I want to know: – Can gum recession be reversed or stopped? – Will deep cleaning help tighten the loose tooth? – Is gum surgery painful or does it require anesthesia? – Approximate cost for these treatments? Also, I’m looking for a gentle and budget-friendly dentist in the Mohali/Kharar area who can explain everything kindly and not rush me through the process. Two days ago I suddenly felt some kind of small mass on the left side of the lower roof of my mouth. I am totally confused from few months I was having open bite and now my bite has been completely corrected but my one side of teeth or smile I don't what the really problem is totally falling down and feeling lopsided. Whenever I smile that side of eye gets small. One side of smile raised high and one side is low. My dentist never listen to me and never checks what's the real problem is I want to know is this a skeletal jaw problem or a just a teeth or gum misalignment please help me out.
