Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had re rct of my left lateral 3 weeks ago. I have pain in tip of tooth,around the tooth, in lip near that tooth,inside nose also. What pain is this. Cbct show nothing except little ligament widening. Please help.

There is a slight crack visible running horizontally across my front 4 teeth. You can see the crack. Is there is fix for this?

Dear sir/madam, I'm suffering from badbreath since 2 months . I started using listerine ,clove and elachi for my mouth cleaning and brushing twice a day. In spite of the above mentioned still I'm facing the problem. Please suggest the causes and remedies

My wife has developed ulcers on her right cheek and entire tongue post RCT couple of days ago on her left molar tooth. The ulcers are so severe that she is unable to eat, chew, drink or swallow food. The dentist has given dologel to apply and suggested to take pain killer and gargle with salt water. None are effective. She couldn't gargle due to severe burning sensation. Please suggest appropriate medication.

From the past 3 months my Gums have started to bleed whenever I brush. Initially I stopped brushing and started to use Mouthwash. I even changed my toothbrush. Still whenever I brush it starts to bleed. Both the upper and lower gums bleed.

Taken Moxp and pain killer for eight days. There was some relief even though not fully. Pain has again started within a months time.
