Pain from cheek to head
Teeth look perfect. There doesn't seem to be any pain while tapping. But, when she chews hard, the pain starts radiating from cheek closer to ear until head as if a nerve is getting stretched. Not sure if it is related to dental or ear or generic head ache. Please let me know whom to consult.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get a full mouth x-ray done. pain could be due to eruption of wisdom tooth. you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give you only temporary relief from pain. best treatment for a wisdom tooth is to get it removed. consult an oral surgeon regarding that.

It can be because of 3rd molar or some TMJ problem , get an OPG done and try to rule out these things.

Please get an OPG done... The symptoms are classic of a third molar (wisdom tooth) impaction. Sometimes the third molar is totally within the bone and may not be visible in the mouth. After taking an OPG, please meet an oral surgeon. He will confirm about the wisdom tooth and if required will extract it.
Health Tips
Always insist on an oral surgeon removing your teeth.
