Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am suffering from tooth ace from last 3 days. Entire left side is paining. Some doctors are saying it's wisdom tooth in to and bottom in wrong direction. Is it really required to remove. 1yr back when i went for the same pain doctor told me it's wisdom tooth but not required to remove. Why is it that now after 1yr i need to remove.

I had braces for gaps in my upper incisors and dey are little front frst at the age of 13 yrs den the gaps appeared ryt aftr two mnths of completion of treatment so i reconsulted other doctor dey said i have to use retainers fr maintenance wch prvs doc dint advice but aftr the second treatment from other doctor too but the high upfrnt teeth remained as a problem though gaps are closed due to retainers its been 4 yrs Nd iam still afraid to get retainers removed out of fear dat gaps wl come back now the retainers are causing swelling in gums kindly advice wat shud i do cant i smile like a normal person? do i have any solution fr this. kindly help me to get it thanks sir

When I woke up in the morning, a few days back my spit was yellow, and had some blood in it. I got dental cleaning done two days back, the early morning spit still contains some amount of blood. Today morning - there was a lot of blood and it seemed to be a little fresh. After spitting the tongue seemed to have a streak of blood in it, which I washed off. No such thing is seen during the day, only morning time. No cough, no cold, no chest pains. Diabetic (on 1g glycomet) - diet under control. Regular practitioner of meditation. Smoking history - but quit 2years back. It's a bit scary - kindly advise

Got a root canal done in my back molar about 5 years back and now it is hurting. There's no sensitivity but there is pain. Hurts when I clench or bite down on it. Otherwise no pain. The gums surrounding it are slightly swollen. What could the issue possibly be? Do I have to redo the root canal treatment again? Is it a infection or a fracture?
