hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled.it will cost you around Rs 500- 1500/- depending upon the dentist, the locality of the clinic, case.

Hi Sir , different fillings options available for decay tooth, we need to check the Decay tooth and decide which suitable filling can be done for that tooth , generally filling charges are from 500rs-800rs each tooth, but pls don't delay visit Dentist and get it done as early as possible , Dr.Venkat VDENTIS DENTAL CLINIC , Hyderabad

It really depends on the type of filling the dentist suggests, the average charges in your locality, and the skill of the dentist. It is a very vague question to answer because not all dentists are same and skill cannot be judged only on basis of money.
